European Legislations is a highly specialised self-control that allows long term lawyers to familiarise themselves with the rules, directives and treaties placed by a Europe-wide policy-making body that all EU-member countries must stick to. This type of study is more common at postgraduate level (Master’s), and is frequently found within the umbrella of an LMOST ALL. M program.
This is a different and interesting option for individuals who want to combine a rigorous legal education with a 12 months abroad, widening your périmètre and making you more employable. You’ll follow the same classes as some of those on each of our regular BA Law programme for your initially two years, before completing a year at Universite Pantheon-Assas in Paris. This coming year is evaluated on a pass/fail check this basis, and the level is awarded after you’ve passed Oxford’s final assessments.
